SYNOPSIS:
Edie Adams had charm, beauty, and enormous talent. As the sultry Muriel Cigars TV spokeskitten, purring to come-one, "Why don't you pick one up and smoke it sometime?", she became a frequent welcome vision in 1960s American households. Just the Juilliard-trained singer, actress, and comedienne - who was a Tony Award winner, has starred on Broadways and in films such as The Apartment, and It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World and worked with husband, Ernie Kovacs, on his trailblazing TV comedy shows - was much more than the delightful presence in ads. And it is her little known but magnificent TV gem, the Emmy nominated Here's Edie, that found Edie at her fullest expression.

This 12 hour 4-disc set contains the entire run of Edie Adams variety show, which aired on ABC from 1962-64 and is the first-ever release of her classic variety show after more than 50 years.
